About Me
I’m a proud and happily married mum of four boys, ranging from young adults to preteens. The loss of my second son was a life-changing moment that inspired me to pursue my studies and led me to discover my passion and purpose in life.
I hold a Bachelor of Counselling and am registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). I’m also a Certified Grief Educator, dedicated to offering compassionate and insightful support to those navigating the challenging and often unspoken grief journey.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with young people in secondary schools and volunteering extensively with “The Compassionate Friends Victoria.” As a telephone grief counsellor, Newly Bereaved Support Group facilitator, and supervisor, I’ve supported countless individuals in some of their most vulnerable moments.
I approach my work with deep empathy, genuine curiosity about your story, and a heartfelt desire to help you live a life that feels true to who you are. It would be my honour to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
