It’s completely normal to feel anxious or overwhelmed from time to time. Life can throw so much our way, and some of the most common challenges people face include:

My approach is flexible and tailored to you. I draw on different therapies and strategies to find what works best for your unique needs. Along the way, I provide a safe, confidential, and judgment-free space where you can open up, feel supported, and start to heal in your own time.

No problem is too big or too small to reach out for support. In our sessions, I draw on approaches like cognitive behaviour therapy, solution-focused therapy, and person-centred therapy to gently guide you toward the tools and strategies that feel right for you.
